How does the free trial work?
After your sign-up, you have access to all features for free, with unlimited users, onboarding templates and plans. You only start paying when you onboarding your first new hire on Softstart.
How does the payment process work?
You will access a free-trial version until you start onboarding a new hire. Once you schedule a newcomer onboarding journey, Softstart will require you to subscribe to the premium plan, currently at 50$/month.
When will I be charged for Softstart?
You will be asked to add your credit card when scheduling a newcomer onboarding journey. Then, you will be charged on a monthly basis – however, you can cancel your subscription at anytime. You can also put your subscription and billing on hold in the app settings.
What are the payment plan options?
We offer a monthly option, which is a month-by-month billing without commitment. You may only pay using a credit card.
Are there any set-up fees or pay-per feature fees?
There are no additional fees, no charge per feature and no hidden costs.
What are the different levels of access to Sofstart (Admins, users)?
There are three different roles available in Softstart: Administrators, Creators and Basic users. The level of access is determined by roles. Admins can access all pages and settings. Creator can create onboarding plans and collaborate on onboarding activities. Basic users are in a “read only” mode.
When creating an organization account, you become administrator by default for that organization.
